Concierge Officers are the life of the property. Assuring property managements, tenants and building guest are secure yet comfortable on the property. Our concierge officers are trained in security duties, concierge services and light administrative duties. Our concierge security officers know that experience is everything and they aim to please each person in their presence. 
 

Security Services
Officers will patrol the property to assure all entry points are secure and clear of potential threats to the property and occupants. Patrols can be performed as often as the client request. Officers will screen occupants as they enter the building, collecting identification and documenting the provide identification. Officer will utilize weapons abatement equipment to assure visitors and tenants enter the property safely and without prohibited items. Officers will enforce property policies and procedure while providing an excellent customer experience.
 

Concierge Services 
Concierge will engage with tenants and guest while providing information about the property and surrounding areas. Officers will assist with planning outings, booking reservations, booking tours or excursions, and set up delivery items such as lunch or dinner, and even assisting them with non-emergency medical needs if needed.
 

Administrative Services 
Our concierge officers can provide light reception and administrative duties to the property management team. Officers are capable of answering calls utilizing a script provide by the client. Compose messages after answering calls or questions from tenants or guest. Create documents, logs or spreadsheets using word processing software.
